Experience
We design and manufacture our own products. Thus we know how important it is to maintain a constantly high quality and to hold deadlines. This means already in the first stage of production planning to identify the time ciritical parts, to ensure parts availablity, to control deadlines of suppliers frequently and to examine incoming goods for meeting their specification. This also means to use long year relations to key suppliers to work around part shortages.
The electrical test of parts and modules is more and more automated. This is because the measurement equipment wont let you cheat or to allow measurements which are only a little bit out of tolerance". And the higher throughput allows more measurements on the same module. This results in higher pro-duct quality without higher product cost.
Our logistics is highly automated, starting from partlist import from CAD systems, partlist resolution (bill of material), request for offers, orders, deadline tracking and incoming goods inspection. Thanks to our integrated software Redline Book. The whole process of acquisition and production is performed and documented on a common database.
